Report Illegal Content

Jurisdiction – Applicable Law – Handling Complaints – Mediation

In the event of a dispute between ASCANIUM and the Client, both parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable resolution. To this end, the Client may submit a complaint by email: ascanium.webdesk@ascanium.com or by writing to: ASCANIUM SAS, 142, rue de Rivoli, 75001 PARIS. ASCANIUM undertakes to respond to any complaint thus filed within 15 working days.

If no satisfactory response is provided, and on the dual condition that the Client is a Consumer—within the meaning of the Consumer Code—and has followed the aforementioned complaint procedure, the Client may directly and free of charge refer the matter to the Association des Médiateurs Européens (AME CONSO) within one year of submitting the initial complaint to ASCANIUM.

The referral to the consumer mediator must be made in accordance with the procedures indicated on the AME CONSO website (http://www.mediationconso-ame.com), it being noted that the referral form is available on that site or may be requested by mail addressed to AME CONSO, 11, Place Dauphine, 75001 PARIS.

In accordance with the regulations on out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes of March 21, 2013, the European Commission has set up a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform aims to facilitate the out-of-court resolution of cross-border disputes between Consumers and Professionals within the European Union.
